Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.


Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Proverta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Proverta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
